How Do I Place An Order?

Orders from this website are for active employees of COPE Community Services, Inc. Orders placed outside of this requirement, will not be approved and canceled.

 

Click on the item you'd like to purchase. On the item page, you can choose the color (if multiple are available) and the size you wish to purchase. After you have completed shopping, click on the icon at the top right of the webpage to go to the cart to finalize your order. You will then be asked to provide information in order to complete the order.

 

Please enter the best contact information and shipping info (usually your COPE site) in order to communicate to you that your order is ready. Please allow for one week processing time. We appreciate your patience. 

 

Payment & Shipping

Currently, payments are processed online using a Credit Card and Debit Card via Square. Delivery is available for certain items; however, if listed, items may be required to be picked up directly at the Administration office.

 

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and are non-refundable or returnable. If your item is defective, and/or If you order the wrong size, return/exchanges must be made within (14) business days of receiving the order.
